Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad for a Brand Account Manager. This professional manages high-touch client relationships, handles inquiries using a consultative approach, ensures customer success, and drives business development.
Responsibilities
- Client Experience & Account Management: Act as the dedicated, high-touch point of contact for clients, principal architects, and interior designers, keeping them smoothly updated on project progress with empathy and clarity.
- Consultative Inquiries: Guide new project inquiries through initial discovery calls, evaluating if their spatial needs and timelines match our workshop rhythm.
- Business Development & Growth: Cultivate and expand lasting relationships within design and architecture, and relevant partner communities to drive brand growth.
- Marketing Strategy Execution: Translate client insights and interactions into actionable marketing strategies, hosting digital previews and representing the brand's philosophy to high-intent audiences.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience managing HNI, ultra-HNI, or premium trade accounts in luxury design, hospitality, or creative sectors.
- Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills to convey design philosophy with absolute clarity.
- Proven experience in account management, consultative sales strategies, and business development.
- Strong emotional intelligence to handle client timelines, unexpected site changes, and invoicing calmly under pressure.
- Deep appreciation for raw materials, architecture, and design principles.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional studio and workshop teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Ability to work full-time on-site at our Hyderabad studio.
