About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Brand Graphic Designer to build and scale our visual identity across all customer touchpoints. You will work closely with the Brand, Growth, Content, and Product teams to create high-performing creatives that drive engagement, conversions, and brand love. The ideal candidate understands D2C consumer behavior, branding, and performance marketing creatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design creatives for social media, performance marketing, website, marketplaces, emailers, and app assets.

Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other digital channels.

Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints.

Design product packaging, inserts, labels, and brand collateral.

Collaborate with content, growth, and product teams on campaigns and product launches.

Support photoshoots and videos through creative direction and visual storytelling.

Create landing page banners, website graphics, and e-commerce assets.

Stay updated with design trends, AI design tools, and D2C best practices.

Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, fashion, beauty, FMCG, or consumer brands.

Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital marketing creatives, and campaign work.

Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.

Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Experience creating performance marketing creatives.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
