Core Responsibilities
- High-Quality Construction Documents: Collaborate on building precise 3D BIM models and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Cross-Disciplinary Alignment: Support coordination, detailing, and clash detection for complex architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Global Compliance: Learn and apply precise international standards and building codes to active, live-site projects.
- Quality & Accuracy: Ensure rigorous quality control, reviewing drafts for cross-consistency and project layout accuracy.
- Team Integration: Participate actively in project coordination loops, design reviews, and multidisciplinary planning meetings.
Who is the Ideal Candidate
- Educational Background: Holds a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
- Technical Foundation: Possesses a foundational understanding or working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD (via coursework, personal projects, or previous work).
- Core Strengths: A sharp eye for detail, an intense curiosity to learn, and a genuine passion for the evolving world of BIM.
- Interpersonal Skills: A strong communicator who thrives in a team-centric environment.
Preferred (Advantage) Qualifications
- Ability to interpret U.S. construction documents.
- Exposure to Revit and construction documentation workflows through academic work, internships, or up to 2 years of professional experience in architecture, engineering, or design firms.
