Junior BIM Coordinator

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior BIM Coordinator. The Junior BIM Coordinator will assist in the coordination and development of BIM models, ensure compliance with project standards, and collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality projects. Responsibilities will include managing and reviewing models, implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), performing clash detection, and supporting project teams in resolving design coordination challenges. The role also involves maintaining model accuracy and participating in team meetings to provide input on BIM processes and workflows.

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar platforms
• Experience with BIM coordination, clash detection, and resolution tools
• Understanding of BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), and Common Data Environment (CDE) practices
• Knowledge of Architectural, Structural, and MEP design principles
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-disciplinary project teams
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with 4D/5D simulation and Generative Design is an advantage
