About The Role

We are looking for a driven and customer-oriented Junior BDE to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 61.5 Years of experience in a sales or client-facing role and a strong desire to develop their sales career. In this position, you will support the sales process from lead generation to client follow-up while gaining valuable exposure to sales strategies, negotiation, and CRM tools.

Responsibility

Identify and qualify leads through research, outreach, and follow-up.

Support senior sales executives in developing and nurturing client relationships.

Assist with preparing sales presentations, proposals, and product demos.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Help manage the sales pipeline and update weekly/monthly reports.

Participate in sales meetings, client calls, and product training sessions.

Provide prompt responses to customer queries and coordinate with other departments when needed.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and campaigns.

Requirements

Must achieve assigned targets and KRAs within defined timelines

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

6 Months 1.5 Years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with sales tools like CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).

Good understanding of the sales cycle and customer engagement strategies.

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
