Junior barista

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Barista role located in North Goa. The Junior Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, assisting with food preparation, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the workspace, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, and maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in all beverage offerings.

• Proficient Barista and Food Preparation skills, including knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and ability to prepare café-style food items.
• Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to ensure a welcoming and satisfying experience for guests.
• Effective Communication skills to interact professionally with team members and customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Passion for coffee and food, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
