Bakery Chef with 23 years of hands-on experience in baking and pastry preparation. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of producing a variety of high-quality baked goods in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery items including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all baked products.
- Develop new recipes and seasonal offerings aligned with customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area as per food safety standards.
- Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels of baking ingredients.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely production and service.
Requirements:
- 23 years of professional baking experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Creativity and passion for baking with attention to detail.
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends if required.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or diploma in Baking & Pastry Arts (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in a reputed bakery or hotel kitchen.
