Automation Testing
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF.
- Support functional and regression testing for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
- Maintain and update automation suites as platforms evolve.
- Analyze test results, identify issues, and collaborate with developers for defect resolution.
Quality Process
- Work with QA leads to understand requirements and convert them into automation tasks.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies, backlog reviews, and testing cycles.
- Ensure all automation activities align with quality standards and delivery timelines.
Required Skills Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology.
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts (functional, regression, UAT).
- Knowledge of JavaScript or any scripting language.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform (coursework, training, or certification preferred).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Good communication and documentation capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to ServiceNow ATF or similar automation frameworks.
- Completed ServiceNow training such as: Fundamentals, ATF Training.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, or web technologies.
