Job Description :
- Build, test and maintain workflow automations using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Develop low-code applications using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
- Automate processes such as:
- Document intake
- Exception routing
- Query tracking
- Reminders
- Approvals
- Report generation
- Support development, testing and deployment of AI tools, copilots and workflow assistants.
- Assist with prompt optimization and performance monitoring.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards.
- Support data-quality and reporting initiatives.
- Prepare data for analysis and management reporting.
- Support Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Power Platform integrations.
- Troubleshoot automation issues and provide technical support.
- Maintain technical documentation and assist users with testing and adoption.
