Role Overview:You will be accountable for the reliable administration of the Yoodli platform. You ensure users have appropriate access to Yoodli, maintain accurate seat allocation and user records, support billing and licensing reconciliation, and execute established administration processes that enable users to use the platform effectively and without disruption. You own the integrity of Yoodli administration data, records, and operational processes. Success is measured by accurate seat management and reconciliation, timely fulfillment of franchisee access and support requests, reliable platform records, and continuous improvement recommendations that enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of platform administration.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Access and License Administration

· Manage Yoodli seat administration and license allocation — ensure users have appropriate platform access aligned with their licensing agreements and operational needs

· Execute user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management for user accounts — maintain accurate user lifecycle administration that reflects current franchisee status and entitlements

· Administer Yoodli user accounts and platform settings within established guidelines — ensure platform configurations support franchisee operations and comply with administration policies

Reconciliation and Data Integrity

· Perform seat utilization monitoring and reconciliation across platform, billing, and business systems — identify discrepancies and ensure alignment between actual usage, licensing records, and billing data

· Execute billing-related seat and license reconciliation processes — support accurate invoicing and revenue recognition by maintaining reliable platform administration records

· Maintain user records and platform data integrity across multiple systems — ensure administration data is accurate, current, and audit-ready

Operational Support and Issue Resolution

· Manage franchisee support requests through ticketing and support systems — respond to access, licensing, and platform administration inquiries with accuracy and professionalism

· Resolve platform administration issues within scope, escalate complex matters appropriately, and follow through to closure — ensure franchisee concerns are addressed and documented

· Analyze operational data and produce reports using platform administration and business systems — provide visibility into seat utilization, licensing status, and administration performance

Process Execution and Improvement

· Execute established administration policies, procedures, and controls consistently — ensure platform administration operates reliably and in compliance with governance standards

· Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability — contribute to the continuous improvement of platform administration operations

· Document process changes, workflows, and platform updates clearly and concisely — maintain current administration documentation that supports operational continuity and knowledge transfer

· Support initiatives and special projects as assigned — contribute administration expertise and execution capacity to cross-functional efforts


Requirement

· 2+ years administering user accounts, licenses, or seat allocations within a SaaS platform or software environment, with direct accountability for accurate provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management

· Experience performing operational, financial, or licensing reconciliations with a high degree of accuracy, including identifying and resolving discrepancies across multiple data sources

· Experience maintaining and auditing data across multiple business systems such as CRM, billing, or administration platforms, ensuring data integrity and alignment

· Experience using spreadsheet, reporting, and business administration tools such as Excel, Shopify, or similar systems to analyze operational data and produce reports

· Experience managing customer, franchisee, or stakeholder requests through a ticketing system such as Zendesk or a comparable platform, with accountability for timely and accurate resolution

· Experience identifying and implementing improvements to recurring operational processes, demonstrating ability to recognize inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions

· Experience working independently within established processes and guidelines in a fast-paced operational environment, managing multiple concurrent priorities while maintaining quality standards
