By leveraging cutting-edge technologies, Agrizy addresses the common challenges encountered by FPOs and MSME agrifood processors. Through Agrizy, the underutilized capacities of MSME agrifood processors are linked with the customized processing needs of major buyers in both domestic and global markets. Additionally, Agrizy assists these processors in sourcing raw materials from farm-gate aggregators and FPOs, standardizing their operations and processing facilities through technology, obtaining quality certifications, and enabling access to working capital from formal lenders at competitive rates.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven sales professional to join our Kredy team as a Junior Associate – Sales (Kredy & DSA Acquisition). The role involves onboarding and managing DSAs, driving sourcing and disbursement targets, and promoting Kredy Credit Analysis Reports to channel partners and institutional clients. The candidate will work closely with internal business teams and external partners to expand the sourcing network, generate revenue opportunities, and strengthen market presence across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and activate DSAs across assigned cities and regions.
  • Build and manage a strong network of sourcing partners to drive business growth.
  • Drive monthly sourcing and disbursement targets through channel partners.
  • Conduct regular field visits and relationship meetings with DSAs and clients.
  • Pitch and sell Kredy Credit Analysis Reports to DSAs and channel partners.
  • Generate leads, conduct product demonstrations, and close report sales.
  • Develop recurring revenue opportunities through institutional and corporate clients.
  • Explain report insights, credit risk indicators, and product value propositions to clients.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking of similar credit reports and analytical products.
  • Provide market insights on pricing, positioning, and industry trends.
  • Share structured market and customer feedback with product and leadership teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and ensure long-term engagement.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in selling financial reports, data products, SaaS solutions, or BFSI products.
  • Prior experience in DSA acquisition or channel sales within NBFC/Fintech companies is preferred.
  • Experience in selling research, credit, or analytical reports will be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the lending ecosystem and credit underwriting basics.
  • Knowledge of credit analysis, financial statements, and risk assessment is a plus.
  • Strong pitching, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Target-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently in field-driven roles.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel and client interactions.
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
