Responsible for review of completed batch record.
Responsible for Checking in-process activity in manufacturing, packing stages as per BMR & BPR instructions.
Responsible for periodic calibration of In-process instruments like Friabilator, DT apparatus, weighing balance, pH meter etc.
Preparation of batch manufacturing record and packing record as per Master Formula Record.
Issuance of Batch records as per request from Production.
Responsible for preparation of master list of Batch Records.
Responsible for archival of master copy of batch record.
Responsible for maintenance & updating of Batch record issuance register.
Responsible for ensuring the current version of batch record.
Responsible for ensuring affixing of superseded Copy / Obsoleted copy on superseded/ obsoleted batch record as per respective change control.
Responsible for preparation and review of Annual Product Quality Review.
Preparation, Review and Approval of MFR.
Responsible for any other activity assigned by Manager-Quality Assurance.
