Junior Associate - Process Excellence (Diagnostics & Healthcare)

What You'll Do

• Assisting with on-ground assessments of laboratories and blood banks.
• Collecting and analyzing operational data (turnaround times, workflow, utilization, etc.).
• Supporting layout planning, workflow mapping, and process documentation.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards for customer engagements.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams during efficiency improvement projects.
• Learning and applying concepts of Lean, Six Sigma, and Quality Management in healthcare.

What We're Looking For

• Post graduate in Life Sciences / Biotechnology or Biochemistry / Laboratory Technology / Healthcare Management (recent or pursuing).
• Prior exposure (internship / coursework / work experience) in clinical laboratories, diagnostics, or healthcare operations is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites (as required).
