Description
- Performing pipe stress analysis as per B31.3 and B31.8 and producing pipe stress deliverables, hands-on experience on stress analysis software for various metering and regulator stations, compressor stations etc.
- Basic knowledge of pipe materials, pipe design and 3D modeling tools
- Reviewing vendor drawings, codes and developing understanding as required on the project
- Coordinating with design teams across different disciplines, regularly meeting and corresponding with clients
- Travel to the United States as required and requested to support assignments on projects and overall office needs
- Willing to advance in career by taking increased engineering design responsibilities by closely working with discipline lead engineer
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited institute
- Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade in the qualifying examination from a reputed university/institute in India
- Candidate should be passing out as part of the 2026 batch only
- Proficient in the English language
- Prior internship at substation/transmission projects will be an advantage
- A committed team player able to work on own initiative
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to self-check and produce accurate work
- Computer software knowledge of MS-office, Auto-Cad, Analysis software and 3D modeling tools
