Role Description The Junior Assistant Engineer will support senior engineers in planning, installing, and maintaining. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with site surveys, collecting technical data, preparing basic drawings or layouts, and supporting the implementation and testing of equipment on-site. The role also involves coordinating with vendors and internal teams, documenting project progress, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, requiring regular presence at project locations and the company's office.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess basic technical skills in civil engineering, with an understanding of installation and maintenance practices.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of civil engineering .
Candidates should possess skills in reading technical drawings, using measurement tools, and supporting site surveys and documentation.
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with engineers, technicians, and project stakeholders.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or related field) is preferred.
Willingness to work on-site at different project locations in west bengal and occasionally travel as required.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, documentation) and familiarity with project reporting tools is beneficial.
