Junior / Assistant Engineer - Power Plant Operations

Operate and monitor Turbine Generator (TG), Coal Handling Plant (CHP), and other power plant systems to ensure safe and efficient power generation.

Manage and control plant operations through the Distributed Control System (DCS), ensuring parameters are maintained within prescribed operating limits.

Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of operational issues, equipment failures, and process abnormalities to minimize downtime.

Ensure compliance with process safety, equipment protection systems, and operational safety procedures, maintaining a safe work environment.

Monitor plant performance, record operational data, coordinate with maintenance teams, and implement corrective actions for reliable plant operation.
