Junior Art Director

Job Title: Junior Art Director

Location: Gurgaon

We are looking for a creative and visually driven Junior Art Director to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in visual communication, conceptual thinking and design, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling creative work across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for campaigns and brands.
• Work closely with Copywriters, Creative Directors and other teams to develop integrated campaigns.
• Create visual concepts, layouts, mood boards and presentations.
• Adapt creative ideas across digital, social, print and other media.
• Stay updated on design, culture, trends and emerging visual formats.

What We're Looking For:

• 0–3 years of relevant experience in an advertising/creative environment.
• Graduate from a recognised Design/Art school with a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, Art Direction or a related discipline.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and visual storytelling.
• Good understanding of typography, composition, colour and design principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Education is a key requirement — candidates from recognised design schools/institutes will be preferred.
