About The Role
Own the words that sell and the stories that stick. You'll craft high-impact ads and influencer content integrations that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for Broadway.
What you'll do
- Write sharp, on-brand copy for Meta Reel Ads, Google and Youtube video ads, Static Ads and Carousels.
- Concept, script, and title short-form content (reels/shorts), with thumb-stopping hooks and clear CTAs.
- Turn briefs into creative territories and 360° campaigns for product launches and always-on.
- Lead influencer content integrations: develop briefs, co-write scripts/hooks, align claims, and ensure brand fit.
- Partner with Creator/Influencer, Media, and Performance teams to map deliverables to channels and KPIs.
- Iterate using data—A/B test angles, offers, and CTAs; refine for CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
- Maintain and evolve brand voice, glossaries, and claim banks.
What you'll bring
- 1-3 years in copy/content for consumer brands (D2C/e-commerce preferred) with a strong ads portfolio.
- Proven chops in short-form scripting + long-form storytelling; comfort writing for Hindi/English (Hinglish a plus).
- Experience briefing influencers/creators and turning UGC into high-performing assets.
- Strong grasp of digital performance metrics and creative testing.
- Impeccable editing, speed, and attention to detail; comfort with tight turnarounds.

- Ads that lift CTR/VTR/CVR and reduce CPA.
- Influencer collabs that feel native, meet disclosure norms, and move product.
- Clear, consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
