Junior Architectural Designer — Residential Architecture

Small NYC architecture practice specializing in high-end residential projects is seeking a Junior Architectural Designer with at least 1 year of professional residential architecture experience.

The position is part-time with the potential to become full-time.

Responsibilities Include

Architectural drafting and construction documentation
Plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules
3D modeling/rendering and presentation materials
Research, organization, and project coordination

Qualifications

1+ year of residential architecture experience
Strong architectural drafting experience and excellent AutoCAD skills
Experience with 3D modeling/rendering
Strong Excel skills
Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined
Pleasant, collaborative, and reliable
Able to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
