We seek a Junior Architect to join our dynamic team, contributing to Healthcare and Institutional projects of various scales and complexities. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, thrives in a collaborative environment, adapts to diverse design priorities, and embraces different project delivery methods. The Role:

• Collaborate with design teams to develop creative and technically sound solutions for projects.
• Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, construction documents, and specifications.
• Work closely with the Principal in Charge, Project Architect, and Project Manager to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Support BIM modeling and drawing organization to maintain design accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Building and Life Safety codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants and engineers to align project requirements.
• Engage with clients to foster strong relationships and address project needs.
• Maintain project standards and proactively seek improvements in design documentation and processes.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in an architectural firm.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in Revit or other BIM-based software is essential.
• Proficiency in AI tools, Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent design sensibility, technical expertise, and communication skills.
• Experience in international projects is a plus.
• Must be willing to travel
