Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. The Architect will be

responsible for handling architectural and interior projects from concept development to

execution, ensuring design excellence and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

● Interpret client briefs and develop innovative architectural concepts.

● Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and construction documentation.

● Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors for smooth project execution.

● Review and interpret service drawings with proper cross-disciplinary coordination.

● Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with approved designs.

● Ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and industry practices.

● Assist in presentations and client meetings

● Maintain project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

● Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) – Mandatory.

● 0–4 years of experience in architectural and interior projects.

● Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop (Lumion/Revit is an

advantage).

● Strong design sensibility and technical detailing skills.

● Good communication and coordination abilities.
