We're Hiring | Junior Architect Interior Fit-Out & Hospitality Renovation Projects
We are looking to onboard a Junior Architect to support interior renovation and fit-out works for operational hotels.
This role is strongly execution-focused and involves preparing interior working drawings and detailed IFC packages based on approved concepts, mock-ups, and site conditions.
It is not a concept design or visualization role.
Role Scope
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparation of interior working drawings and Issued-For-Construction (IFC) sets
- Room-wise wall elevations, reflected ceiling plans, flooring and stone layout drawings
- Furniture, joinery, and millwork detailing
- Coordination of interior drawings with lighting, HVAC, fire, and electrical layouts
- Revising drawings based on site feedback, mock-ups, and execution constraints
- Supporting site teams with drawing clarifications when required
Ideal Candidate Profile
- B.Arch graduate
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory)
- 04 years of experience in interior fit-out or renovation projects
- Ability to produce accurate sections, details, and dimensioned drawings
- Comfortable working with live projects, tight timelines, and frequent revisions
- Prior exposure to hospitality or commercial interiors will be an advantage.
