Junior Architect – Technical & Detailing

We are hiring a Junior Architect to join our team in Guwahati, Assam.

This position is suited for candidates with 1–2 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design, looking to develop their technical and execution capabilities within a structured studio environment.

Key Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in detailed working drawings
• Experience in preparing GFC drawings, joinery details, and coordinated drawing sets
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of SketchUp/Revit is an advantage)
• Working understanding of materials, finishes, and construction processes
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and site personnel

Role & Responsibilities:

• Preparation of detailed drawings and project documentation
• Assisting in design development with a focus on technical resolution
• Coordination with site teams and consultants to ensure drawing accuracy and execution alignment

Candidate Profile:

• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
• Prior exposure to studio or site-based project work
• Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to documentation and execution
• Already in or ready to relocate to Guwahati, Assam

What we're NOT looking for:

• Fresh graduates with no practical exposure
