Key Responsibilities
- Assist in concept development, design detailing, and project documentation
- Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations
- Support senior architects in project coordination and execution
- Conduct site visits and assist with site supervision when required
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure drawings comply with local building regulations and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 02 years of professional experience (fresh graduates may apply)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or similar visualization tools preferred
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask
