Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Assistant / Junior Architect to assit architectural and interior design aspects of semiconductor plant & associated building construction including external development like roads/landscape & associated ancillary buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
Architectural & Interior Design: Assist the Senior Architect to help in develop, design, and review architectural layouts, construction drawings, and ID elements included but not limited to semiconductor plant buildings, cleanrooms, and support facilities.
Project Coordination: Assist the Senior Architect to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Civil, MEP, Process Engineering, and Facilities teams to integrate architectural design into overall plant infrastructure.
BIM & 3D Modeling: Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) for clash detection, coordination, and visualization of architectural and ID designs.
Sustainability & Innovation: Integrate energy-efficient and sustainable design practices into semiconductor plant construction.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, SketchUp for architectural design.
Strong knowledge of 3D rendering and visualization tools like Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray.
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for presentation and detailing.
Experience in Structural & MEP Coordination for large scale buildings.
Familiarity with Cleanroom Design Standards (ISO 14644, SEMI S2, S8, S10) and controlled environment requirements will be added advantage.
Strong grasp of construction techniques, material specifications, and regulatory standards.
Ability to perform clash detection and design optimization using Navisworks Manage.
Working Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar) for tracking design progress.
Experience with sustainability frameworks (USGBC ,LEED, BREEAM, or IGBC) is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
3-4 years of experience in architectural design and interior planning, preferably in high-tech manufacturing, semiconductor or industrial projects.
Optional - track record of working on large-scale indusrial / institution / R&D / Semiconductors or BioPharma facilities

Preferred Certifications:
Certified Architect (COA Registered) or equivalent certification.
PMP or similar project management certification is advantageous.
LEED AP / WELL AP certification for sustainable building practices.
