Roles and Responsibilities

As a Junior Architect, you will be responsible for various tasks associated with architectural design, project management and integration, and creating innovative architectural solutions.

Making Presentation drawings/ Tender Drawings/ GFCs and Sanction Drawings.

Preparation of BOQs, Pert charts and Project Schedule.

Site Supervision and Project Management.

Co-ordinating with various contractors/vendors and design consultants.

Interacting with Clients, Attending Client/Site meetings.

Participate in business development activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture with relevant years of experience.

Architectural design skills in all phases of Design process.

Proficiency in CAD, 3D Visualization and Rendering software.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, Technically Strong and Creative.

Experience with sustainable design practices, knowledge of Building Codes and Regulation.

Ability to work independently, multitask and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
