Job Description:

A leading luxury real estate developer in Goa is seeking a Junior Architect to support the design and execution of premium residential projects, including high-end villas and apartment developments. The candidate will assist in architectural design development, preparation of drawings, and coordination during execution.

The role involves preparing schematic layouts, detailed working drawings, and presentation material under the guidance of senior architects. The Junior Architect will coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Regular site visits will be required to support execution, resolve design-related queries, and ensure adherence to approved drawings and quality standards. The candidate must ensure compliance with applicable local regulations and internal development guidelines.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within structured timelines typical of luxury real estate development projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with 36 years of professional experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; knowledge of SketchUp, rendering software, and Revit is an advantage.
