- Candidate must have knowledge of Designing with team handeling capcity.
- Candidate must have knowledge of rules of regulations of UDCPR... CIDCO ..NAINA...MSRDC.
- Candidate have experience of Redevelopment projects.
Role and responsibilities -
- Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs for buildings, renovations, and adaptive reuse.
- Create technical drawings, construction documents, and presentations.
- Collaborate with clients, civil engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies for approvals and construction coordination
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and solve design-related issues on the ground.

Salary : 20000 to 25000 + Incentives
