Designation : Junior Architect (Project In-Charge)
Department : Architecture & Interior Designing
Reports To (Functionally) : Head Design / Sr Arch

Immediate Level Subordinates : Architecture / Interior Interns
Objectives of the Job : (Summary of the position)
Handle Architectural & Interior Designing aspects of the projects independently, under
guidance of Head Designs
Principal Duties & Responsibilities :
Co-ordination with Principal Architect
Preparation of BoQs & estimates; preparing designs, complete construction documents;
write up building plans and assist in the presentation of materials.
Help Principal Architect in Site Evaluation, Quality & Design checks and controls, as also,
assist in designing & sample collection.
Site visits for checking with plans and Quality Control.
Explain designs & Tie up with production and dispatch department & Control
manufacturing orders to meet time lines.
Plan, indent & release orders for materials.
Coordinate with vendors for samples and meetings.
Authority Limits : To be explained & defined on job
Experience : Minimum 1 year as an Architect, excluding Internship.
Compensation: CTC INR 3.5 to 4.5 Lakh based on competency.
