Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Architect, based in Kochi. The responsibilities include assisting in architectural design and project development, creating and reviewing architectural drawings, collaborating with senior architects and project managers, and ensuring integration with various project elements. Additionally, the role entails contributing to the development of creative designs for a variety of projects and supporting the execution of construction projects by adhering to design and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Knowledge of Project Management and the ability to collaborate with teams effectively
• Understanding of Software Development and Integration processes related to architectural modelling tools
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketchup) and familiarity with relevant building codes and standards
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to challenges
• Previous experience in a similar role or internship is advantageous
