Junior Architect

Responsibilities:

1. Design Development:Collaborate with senior architects in developing architectural designs for various projects.
2. Drafting:Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
3. Research:Conduct research on materials, building codes, and zoning regulations to support design decisions.
4. Client Interaction:Participate in client meetings, gather requirements, and present design proposals.
5. Coordination:Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
6. Documentation:Assist in preparing project documentation including design presentations, specifications, and construction drawings.
7. Quality Control:Review drawings and documents to ensure compliance with project standards and regulations.
8. Site Visits:Visit project sites to observe construction progress and address any design-related issues.
9. Learning and Development:Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture.

Requirements:

1. Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
