Junior Architect

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in interior design concepts, layouts, drawings, and detailing
• Prepare presentations, mood boards, and material palettes
• Support selection of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and dcor
• Assist in day-to-day site execution as per approved drawings
• Coordinate and supervise interior installations and finishes
• Track site progress and resolve execution issues with vendors
• Support vendor sourcing, quotations, samples, and coordination
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and maintain project documentation

Job Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience
• Excellent spoken english
• Excellent AutoCAD, 3D modelling & rendering
• Proven working experience as an Interior Architect/Building Architect
• Excellent design skills and ability to communicate ideas via different media ex: PowerPoint, mood-boards
• Should have good street smart - to be able to offer solutions across different situations
• Process-oriented with ability to scrutinise documents in detail
• Should be very skilled at SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Enscape, Morpholio & Concept
