Role Description

Junior Architect – Full-Time (On-Site)

Auroville/Pondicherry | Monday to Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM

We're looking for a Junior Architect to join our growing design team—someone curious, detail-driven, and excited to bring thoughtful spaces to life. The role involves preparing drawings and occasional site visits. This is a great role to learn from a seasoned real estate construction company and also grow. Nurall is investing in multiple villa projects near Pondicherry and the architect gets to be involved in the end to end process from concept stage, permissions, design, construction and interior design.

You get to work in a fast paced dynamic environment with onsite leaders. This is a full time onsite role near Auroville and Pondicherry.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of architectural experience in residential projects

• Bachelors degree or equivalent training

• Strong in interior detailing and construction drawings

• Proficient in AutoCAD or Vectorworks (or willing to learn Vectorworks)

• Familiarity with basic BOQ preparation and drawing documentation

• Attention to detail and ability to follow design intent accurately
