Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Architect who is eager to learn both design and execution. This role offers hands-on exposure to architectural design, interior design, construction detailing, site coordination, and project execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign

• Prepare concept designs, layout plans, and presentation drawings.
• Develop architectural working drawings and detailed construction drawings.
• Create 3D models and presentation renderings.
• Assist in material selection and design presentations.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.

Execution

• Visit project sites regularly and monitor construction progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site engineers.
• Verify drawings against actual site conditions.
• Assist in resolving site-related design issues.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely execution of work.

Documentation

• Prepare BOQs, schedules, and project documentation.
• Maintain drawing revisions and document control.
• Support client meetings and project presentations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations and standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 0–4 years of experience (Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or Twinmotion.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
