We're Hiring: Junior Architect at Nestable

Join the design and engineering team at Nestable building the future of precision-engineered, modular architecture. We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Junior Architect to bridge architectural design with factory prefabrication and on-site assembly.

Position Overview

• Role: Junior Architect
• Location: In-Office (Greater Noida)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: 6.0 - 7.2L LPA (Commensurate with portfolio depth and technical proficiency.)

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development & 3D Modeling: Develop detailed architectural drawings, construction details, and 3D renders using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Factory Detailing & BOQs: Prepare accurate structural BOQs for wall panels, roofing sheets, flashing, and joinery to ensure seamless factory production and zero erection discrepancies.
• Modular Integration & Systems: Collaborate with structural and MEP engineers, suppliers, and factory technicians to ensure designs are optimized for transport and rapid site assembly.
• Site Inspections & Quality Control: Conduct pre-design site surveys and visit project sites to monitor module assembly, inspect quality, and resolve design-to-site challenges.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain drawing revision logs, project records, and Daily Work Reports (DWR) for project planning and execution.

What We're Looking For

• Education: B.Arch from a recognized university.
• Experience: 1–3 years in architectural design and working drawings (experience in prefabrication, modular systems, steel structures, or luxury interiors is a plus).
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3D rendering software (Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray), along with strong MS Excel skills for BOQs.
• Aptitude: High attention to construction detailing, material behavior, joinery, and minimalist Scandinavian/Japandi design aesthetics.
