Role Overview

Hyperloop Consultancy Group is seeking highly motivated and skilled architects at both junior and mid-level positions to join our expanding architectural and project management team. The selected candidates will work on a wide range of projects including CHS Redevelopment, SRA schemes, MHADA redevelopment, residential towers, commercial complexes, and mixed-use developments.

The role involves design development, statutory coordination, preparation of approval drawings, technical documentation, consultant management, and site review. Mid-level candidates will take on leadership responsibilities, independent coordination, and client-facing roles, while junior candidates will work under guidance to support the architectural workflow.

Key Responsibilities (Junior + Mid-Level Combined)1. Design & Concept Development
  • Prepare and support conceptual layouts, zoning studies, massing options, and design presentations.
  • Develop architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and 3D views.
  • Prepare schematic, detailed, and working drawings for various stages of design.

Mid-Level Additional:

  • Lead the design process, guide the development of concepts, and finalize design strategies.
  • Conduct feasibility studies including FSI calculations, TDR potential, and scheme balancing.
2. Approval & Municipal Drawings (DCPR 2034 / UDCPR 2020)
  • Prepare approval drawings, area statements, and FSI calculations.
  • Assist in compiling and preparing submissions for statutory approvals such as:
  • Commencement Certificate (CC)
  • Fire NOC
  • AAI NOC
  • Environment Clearance
  • CFO approvals
  • Occupation Certificate (OC)

Mid-Level Additional:

  • Independently manage municipal approvals, coordinate with authorities, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Review and approve all statutory drawings prepared by the team.
3. Coordination with Consultants & Stakeholders
  • Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, landscape designers, PHE consultants, and vendors.
  • Participate in internal coordination meetings and maintain communication logs.

Mid-Level Additional:

  • Lead coordination meetings with clients, society committees, consultants, and project teams.
  • Handle liaison discussions and represent the firm in approval-related interactions.
4. Technical Documentation & Drawing Management
  • Prepare GFC drawings, working details, and site coordination drawings.
  • Maintain drawing registers, revision logs, approval documents, and project communication files.

Mid-Level Additional:

  • Review and finalize technical documents, ensure quality control, and maintain documentation accuracy.
  • Prepare feasibility reports, design justifications, and technical presentations for clients and societies.
5. Site Visits & On-Site Coordination
  • Conduct site visits, prepare site inspection reports, and assist in resolving on-site architectural queries.
  • Track site progress and identify deviations from approved drawings.

Mid-Level Additional:

  • Independently handle site queries, issue architectural instructions, and coordinate with execution teams.
  • Review RCC drawings with structural consultants and ensure alignment with architectural intent.
Required Skills & Competencies (Both Levels)Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of SketchUp; Revit is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of DCPR 2034, UDCPR 2020, SRA regulations, and general approval processes.
  • Strong architectural detailing and drafting skills.
  • Good understanding of construction materials and building systems.
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Good coordination, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle multiple deliverables.

Mid-Level Additional:

  • Ability to independently manage projects, clients, and approvals.
  • Leadership capabilities and experience guiding junior team members.
