Junior Architect

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in architectural design principles and drafting tools, along with a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience across large-scale and diverse projects under the guidance of senior professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models under supervision.
Support site analysis and design development.
Prepare working drawings, construction details, and presentation materials.
Coordinate with senior architects, structural/MEP consultants, and contractors.
Research building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
Support client presentations and design proposal preparation.

Required Qualifications
0-1 year of experience.
Internship experience is mandatory.

Software Proficiency
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, PowerPoint
