Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our real estate development team. The candidate will assist in architectural design, preparation of working drawings, site coordination, consultant coordination, and project documentation for residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural drawings, AutoCAD, and basic construction practices, along with an interest in real estate development and project execution. key Responsibilities: Assist senior architects in developing architectural concepts and design proposals. Prepare plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed drawings. Prepare and update architectural drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit. Assist with site measurements, site visits, and verification of existing conditions. Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants. Assist in preparing area statements, carpet area, built-up area, FAR/FSI calculations, and project feasibility information.
