Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed2D and 3D drawingsforresidential, commercial, and hospitality projects
- Develop design drawings and layouts as per project requirements
- Conductsite visitsto evaluate project progress, take measurements, and coordinate with site teams
- PrepareBOQs (Bills of Quantities)andproject cost estimates
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure design accuracy and execution
- Update drawings and documents based on site conditions and client feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency inAutoCADandRevit ( Must have Revit Experience)
- Working knowledge ofPhotoshop, InDesign, and Lumionfor presentations and renderings
- Good command ofMS ExcelandPowerPointfor documentation and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication and coordination skills
