Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Architect, located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Junior Architect will assist in creating designs, developing architectural plans, executing project management duties, collaborating on project integration, and utilizing software tools for design and analysis. Daily responsibilities may include drafting, concept development, preparing project documentation, and ensuring timely execution of deliverables.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration tools relevant to architecture (AutoCAD, Sketchup, rendering software)
• Experience or interest in Project Management techniques and tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Familiarity with sustainable design and environmental considerations is a plus
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
