Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team, with a focus on both residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate must have professional experience (excluding internships) and proficiency in Revit is mandatory. You will be responsible for supporting the senior design team throughout all phases of project development from concept design to site execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop architectural designs and working drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed construction documents using Revit and other tools.
- Assist in project coordination with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits, prepare reports, and assist in resolving on-site design issues.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and internal standards.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Attend client meetings and lead the design cycle.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural firms (internships will not be considered).
- Revit proficiency is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with construction detailing and execution for both residential and commercial buildings.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:- Experience with 3D visualization tools (e.g., Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray).
- Understanding of green building practices and sustainable architecture.
