Role Description

Francom Group is seeking a full-time Junior Architect for an on-site role in Kolkata. The Junior Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, producing detailed layouts and plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project integration. Day-to-day tasks will involve assisting in project management, coordinating design elements, and ensuring the quality and functionality of architectural solutions. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, including drafting, modeling, and understanding spatial planning.
• Experience with Software Development and Integration tools related to architectural processes.
• Strong Project Management skills, including coordinating tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality deliverables.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in India is an advantage.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools is highly desirable.
