About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically strong Junior Architect to join our
design team. The role involves supporting the design and documentation of full-home interior
projects and coordinating closely with the design and execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing architectural and interior design concepts.
- Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, and detailed drawings.
- Support space planning and furniture/layout planning for residential projects.
- Coordinate with designers, measurement teams, and site execution teams.
- Review site measurements and ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions.
- Make drawing revisions based on project requirements and feedback.
- Assist with design presentations and project documentation.
- Coordinate with site teams to resolve drawing and design-related queries.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and delivered within timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in architecture/interior design.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp or other 3D software is an advantage.
- Good understanding of residential design and space planning.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- A creative mindset with practical design understanding.
Qualification
- B.Arch / Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a relevant qualification.
- Candidates with relevant interior design experience may also be considered.
