Job Description

KRAs

  • Periodical site inspection and supervision for architectural quality and details, compliance of building rules
  • Residential development work in both drawing and site.
  • Review and Checking of Drawings (Scheme/DD/WD/Statutory)
  • Detailed area calculations
  • Coordination with consultants as well as project engineers for execution & supervision
  • Technical Support to the Liaison team for preparation of all drawings & documents
  • Technical Feedback to the Sales & Post sales team as & when required
  • Preparation of As-built drawings (Architectural, Structural & Services) for handing over to customers

Requirements

Must-have Skills:

  • Good drafting skills
  • Experience of residential development work in both drawing and site is a must

Software/Technical Skills

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, Sketch-up. Photoshop

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Should be diligent and sincere with the execution within timeline.
