Job SummaryDGS Group is looking for a Junior Architect with 3+ years of experience to support architectural design, working drawings, site coordination, and statutory compliance for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and update architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, GFC)
- Assist in concept development and design modifications
- Coordinate with Civil, MEP, Structural, Site, Sales, and CRM teams
- Support site execution, inspections, and design clarifications
- Assist in statutory approval drawings and compliance with local by-laws
- Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and as-built drawings
Requirements- B. Arch from a recognized institute
- 2-6 years experience in real estate developer / architectural firm
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of local building by-laws & approval processes
- Good coordination and communication skills
