Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Noida. The Junior Architect will support senior team members in developing design concepts, preparing drawings, and producing 2D and 3D visualizations for architecture and interior projects. Daily tasks include assisting with design development, preparing presentation materials, coordinating with consultants, and contributing to project documentation and detail drawings. The role involves site visits, basic site supervision, and tracking design changes to ensure that built work aligns with approved plans. The Junior Architect will also help with material research, drafting reports, and maintaining organized project files to support smooth project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and visualizations.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to digital design tools, workflows, and file coordination.
- Basic Project Management capabilities, including task prioritization, time management, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite) and strong graphic presentation skills.
- Good understanding of building materials, construction details, and local codes or willingness to learn quickly.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary, design-focused studio.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing academic or professional projects that reflect thoughtful, user-centered design.
