Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Junior Designer/Architect to lead the design and execution of Museum/ Cultural projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will bring extensive technical knowledge, design innovation, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of Museum/ Cultural facilities. This role involves managing teams, collaborating with clients and consultants, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from conceptualization to final execution.

• Manage and mentor junior architects, designers, and project teams.

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.

• Prepare, review, and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1-4 years of professional experience in architecture/Design projects preferably Museums or Cultural projects.

• Strong portfolio showcasing large-scale, complex, or innovative projects.

• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building standards (LEED, IGBC, etc.).
