Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Architect with 5-6 years of experience in the Industrial, Institutional, and Residential sectors. The role involves designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, creativity, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Create innovative architectural designs for industrial and office buildings ensuring functionality and aesthetics meet client needs and industry standards.
• Prepare detailed architectural concepts, tender drawings and good for construction details
• Oversee all stages of project development from initial concept through to construction, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients
• Design coordination with PEB, RCC, MEP and other consultant
• Software Proficiency- AutoCAD, MS-Office

Experience

• 5-6 years of experience in architectural design, specifically in the industrial, institutional, and residential sectors.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch)

Nice to Have

• Experience with large-scale and complex project designs

• Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices

Tools & Software

• AutoCAD

• MS-Office
