Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Architect with a minimum of 1 year of experience to support architectural design, drawings, documentation, site coordination, and project execution. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with consultants and site teams.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) - Mandatory
• M.Arch. or relevant additional qualification will be an advantage.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing concept, design development, working and detailed architectural drawings.
• Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Assist in preparing presentation drawings, 3D views and architectural presentations.
• Support the preparation of drawings based on DCR requirements and FSI calculations.
• Coordinate with Senior Architects, consultants and project teams.
• Assist in coordinating with structural and MEP consultants.
• Prepare and update GFC drawings based on consultant inputs and site requirements.
• Conduct site visits and site measurements and report design/execution issues.
• Coordinate with site teams for design clarifications and drawing requirements.
• Review drawings and ensure accuracy before submission or issue.
• Assist in project documentation, approvals and architectural coordination.
• Ensure drawings and project deliverables are completed within timelines.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
• Working knowledge of Google SketchUp, V-Ray, 3ds Max, Photoshop and CorelDRAW will be preferred.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of DCR, RCC and MEP services.
• Basic knowledge of architectural drawings, detailing and construction processes.
• Understanding of site execution and coordination.
