We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Architect to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about architecture, design, planning, and project execution. The selected candidate will work closely with senior architects and project teams to develop innovative architectural solutions and contribute to a variety of projects.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
• Valid Council of Architecture (COA) registration will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed designs.
• Develop 2D and 3D models using architectural software.
• Support project planning, design development, and documentation activities.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Conduct site visits and assist in project monitoring.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and design proposals for clients.
• Assist in quantity estimation and material selection when required.
• Maintain project records and documentation.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar design software.
• Basic knowledge of architectural design principles and construction methods.
• Good understanding of building materials and industry standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
